We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for best availability, but we also accept last-minute requests based on driver availability.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment can be made at the end of your ride, or in advance through our secure payment page. For corporate accounts, we offer invoicing options.

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup or no-shows will be charged 50% of the fare. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Yes! Airport transfers are one of our specialties. We track your flight in real-time, so if your flight is delayed, we adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. Our drivers will meet you at baggage claim with a name sign, help with luggage, and escort you to your luxury vehicle.

Absolutely. All of our vehicles are meticulously maintained, professionally detailed before each ride, and undergo regular safety inspections. We take pride in our fleet and ensure every vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and luxury.

Rates vary based on distance, vehicle type, and service. Point-to-point rides are quoted based on your pickup and drop-off locations. Hourly service starts at a 3-hour minimum. For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from when your flight lands. For all other pickups, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Additional wait time is charged at $30 per 30 minutes to compensate our drivers.

Yes, all of our chauffeurs are professionally licensed, background-checked, and fully insured. They undergo rigorous training and have extensive experience in luxury transportation. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Yes! Multiple stops are available with our hourly chauffeur service or can be added to point-to-point rides for an additional fee. Let us know your itinerary when booking, and we'll accommodate your needs.
