Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup will be charged 50% of the total fare.
Modifications: You may modify your booking (date, time, pickup location) free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us immediately at 754-213-3104 if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and we'll work with you.
Definition: A "no-show" occurs when a passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location within 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time (60 minutes for airport pickups).
Charges: No-shows will be charged the full fare amount. This compensates our drivers for their time and lost opportunity to serve other clients.
Communication: If you're running late or need to adjust your pickup time, please call or text us immediately at 754-213-3104. We're happy to accommodate reasonable delays when possible.
Airport Pickups: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from your flight's actual landing time. We track flights in real-time, so delays are automatically accounted for.
Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from your scheduled pickup time.
Additional Wait Time: After complimentary wait time expires, we charge $30 per 30 minutes (or fraction thereof) to compensate our drivers.
Hourly Service: Wait time is included in your hourly rate. You're free to make stops and take your time without additional charges.
Driver Standards: All chauffeurs are professionally licensed, background-checked, insured, and extensively trained in customer service and safe driving practices.
Vehicle Standards: All vehicles undergo regular safety inspections, maintenance, and professional detailing to ensure cleanliness and reliability.
Passenger Conduct: We expect all passengers to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. Abusive behavior, property damage, or illegal activity will result in immediate trip termination without refund.
Intoxication: We're happy to provide safe transportation for passengers who have been drinking. However, passengers must be able to exit the vehicle safely and without assistance. Excessive intoxication or sickness in the vehicle may result in a $150 cleaning fee.
COVID-19: We maintain enhanced cleaning protocols between all rides and provide hand sanitizer in every vehicle for your safety.
Standard: All vehicles are professionally detailed before each ride at no charge to you.
Excessive Mess: Food, drinks, and reasonable personal items are welcome. However, excessive messes, spills, or stains that require deep cleaning will incur a $75-$150 cleaning fee depending on severity.
Bodily Fluids: Illness or bodily fluids in the vehicle will result in a $150-$300 cleaning fee, depending on the extent of damage.
Smoking: All vehicles are non-smoking. Smoking in the vehicle will result in a $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Cash App, and Venmo.
Pricing: All prices are quoted upfront with no hidden fees. Rates include vehicle, driver, fuel, and tolls. Additional charges (wait time, extra stops, cleaning fees) will be clearly communicated.
Gratuity: Tips are not required but always appreciated. The customary gratuity for excellent service is 15-20% of the fare.
Receipts: All passengers receive an itemized receipt via email after their ride.
